I just restarted mine and this is what appeared in the log. It appears to show up every time Plone is started. 2011-02-10T13:20:06 INFO PloneHotfix20110720 Hotfix installed. The PloneHotfix20110720 folder is in C:\Program Files\Plone 2\Data\Products I believe the patch is good for Plone 2.5 > My site setup shows Plone 2.5.5.
