Hello, I am afraid it is not a problem of space in Saga install path. I have installed SAGA directly in "C:\SAGA-GIS" and the same error occured: "Error instalando SAGA" Besides Grass is instaled in "Program Files" directory (it means with space in install path) and I could install Grass algorithms in Sextante.
