Hi Piotr, it seems the same error I had before. Have you activated R algorithms? If yes, open your sextante.settings file in a text editor and change the setting RActivate=true to RActivate=false. Save and restart gvSIG. It should work now. If not, try to switch manually the other *Activate settings from true to false and retry. Hope this helps!
