Sextante 0.6 official release was added to the last Kosmo Desktop 2.0.1
version. We haven't tested GRASS or SAGA integration with the new
Sextante-Kosmo bindings so far (we only changed some aspects from the
bindings that weren't working right in the previous Sextante 0.5
bindings, like internationalization).
I'll take a look into it soon to give you more info about (and, if
needed, I'll update those bindings again to make them work with the
latest Sextante nightly builds).

PD: As Victor states at his mail, the Sextante SVN doesn't contain the
latest Kosmo bindings: you have their source code available at the Kosmo
Desktop 2.0.1 source code distribution, at the sextante-kosmo project
