The SFC Jenkins verify [0] and merge jobs [1] have started failing in Carbon. The failure is in the "sfc-ui-module" bundle, which we havent touched in quite some time. The failures are due to problems with Bower, as can be seen in these jobs: [2] and [3]. Here are the pertinent failures:

Has anybody else seen this problem? Does anybody know how it can be fixed?
