Hello

I looked into this and while I cannot pinpoint a precise cause, I think
it was due to a sporadic database error. Some observations:

- Test fails because it cannot create an RSP. RSP cannot be created    
  because cant read SF types from DB for the SF that wants to use. SF  
  types are created as SF are configured, which happenned previously  
  with no issue.
- There is interleaved application activity in cluster node 1 and      
  cluster node 3 at the time of failure, probably indicating some other
  problem going on at the time.
- Tested the same procedure locally on the same release and worked.
- Checked RC2 changes and none looks like could be related with this  
  issue.
