Hello Sunnyuan For the first problem, please provide the SFC config. If you are following the SF 101 demo procedure, that's not longer supported in Carbon.
For the second issue, your installation of virtualbox seems to have problems. Try to reinstall and get that working first. FYI, I run virtualbox 5, but I dont think that's your issue right now. I tested the image and I could run it fine.
