FormProc is an open source Java library designed to make handling and
validating forms easy. Forms are represented as objects which manage a
collection of form elements. Submitted data can be validated through
several mechanisms including regular expressions, BSF supported
scripting languages and custom Java classes. Homepage:

FormConfiguration, FormElement and FormElementGroup are now interfaces.
Added abstract base classes for new interfaces. Moved default
FormConfiguration implementation to

org.formproc.form package. Added setFormConfiguration() method to
FormManager. Added BasicFormElement and BasicFormElementGroup classes
which provide a means for configuring elements and groups

string as an argument. Added support for handling parameter arrays in

Efisto is file sending made easy. It enables users of the system to
send files to anyone who has email and web access. Upload some files
(using the efisto client) and the recipient will get an email with an

ImageApp provides a drag and drop environment to create and execute
graphs of JAI operators. Release 0.7 includes more JAI operators
implemented, more features to the image viewer and better

software easier. I have updated the website to show installation

PMD is a Java source code analyzer. It finds unused variables, empty
catch blocks, unnecessary object creation, and so forth. It scans Java
source code and looks for potential problems like: - Unused local
variables; - Empty catch blocks; - Unused parameters; - Empty 'if'
statements; - Duplicate import statements; - Unused private methods; -
Classes which could be Singletons; - Short/long variable and method
names. You can get the current release, plugins for JEdit, JBuilder,
Netbeans, IntelliJ IDEA, Maven, Ant, Eclipse, and Emacs Homepage:

DataVision is an Open Source database reporting tool similar to Crystal
Reports. Reports can be viewed and printed from the application or
output as HTML, LaTeX2e, XML, DocBook, or tab- or comma-delimited text
files. The output files produced by LaTeX2e and DocBook can in turn be
used to produce PDF, text, HTML, PostScript, and more. Homepage:

command line option (Swing layout engine) uses GUI for password and
errors. Reduced memory needed for database columns. New

read a parameter XML file. User columns can now be subtotaled. Opening
the format dialog for the first time should be faster. Don't Suppress
in the section popup menu now works. Field widgets can't be shrunk so
small that they disappear.

PCGen is a java character generator and maintenance program. All
datafiles are ASCII so they can be modified by users, and are available
through the pcgendm project. An XML conversion is underway. Homepage:

housecleaning and broken pcgen from 2 projects into 3 projects. PCGen
itself now houses only the app and required system files. pcgendm has
been around for a while and houses all the data files. pcgendocs is a
new project (also at sourceforge) and houses all the documentation and
output sheets. The sizes of the 3 zip files for each release will also
change since the contents of the zip file have been changed according
to the new project structure. New KIT: and REGION: tags are global and
can be used to automatically assign regions and kits to a character
(kits in PCGen is a set of equipment, skills, feats, etc. much like the
'starting packages' associated with certain classes).
