probably really simple, and very useful - at least for me. I want to use SFLphone in combination with software I've written for myself to process credit cards by phone. I use asterisk API to connect the call to SFLphone (thanks for the Pulse integration) and inject DTMF to send the card info. since the application initiates the call, auto-answer would be helpful.
