Hi, I think this issue is due to the fact that the string defined in the serviceRoute field is directly written in the sip packet without DNS resolution. You can validate it using wireshark.
To fix it, we will require to implement resolution of DNS for service route as we did for sip provider's host name. I will open a new ticket on redmine describing this issue.
