Just a Note:

Most ADSL modems have "symmetric NAT" - so some services (I thing
EKIGA is such one) are not usable (even with STUN &co) without
making portmapping "holes" into FW.

So I'm using better services (like iptel.org ) with "RTP transparent
proxy" tweak.
