Hi,

The package is called sflphone-gnome.  You can install it using "apt-get 
install sflphone-gnome".  I can highly recommend installing the latest 
version of SFLphone though (0.9.13), since it fixes lots of problems 
with the old version.

There are some very easy installation instructions for the latest 
version on Ubuntu here:
