Hi Alexander, We implemented in SFLphone a hook system that allows this kind of application. The hook is a SIP header that can contain a URL, for instance a client page in a CRM. If enable, on incoming calls, SFLphone reads this specific header and trigger a configurable action, typically x-www-browser (web browser). All you need then is to write a small app that add this specific SIP header.
The hook system is configurable in the gnome client: Edit > Preferences > Hooks Would it fit your need? Regards.
