Hi Tomasz,

You may order the accounts in the Accounts window with Up/Down arrows.
The first in the list will be used as a default account when making a
new call. Besides, when dialing, it is also possible to select a
specific account by right-clicking on the dialing call. It will be
effective only for the current call though.
