Hi Daniel,

Since I reported this bug, the issue has indeed been fixed for me. Mind you, the caller name as sent along by Asterisk is only displayed in the main screen. It is not displayed in the Gnome popup (see attached screenshot).

Perhaps this is what you're talking about? It would be a very nice feature if it was also displayed in the popup though, then you wouldn't have to open the main screen to find out who's calling. I have updated the original bug report accordingly.

If you're not talking about the popup, but rather don't see the caller ID on the main screen, it would be interesting to know what string you're sending to the client exactly.

Kindest regards,

-------- Original-Nachricht --------

Hi,

we are trying to use SFLPhone in our business with an Asterisk Server
(Gemeinschaft 3.1) and it's working pretty fine. I have only one problem
left: SFLPhone does not show CallerID's transmitted from the Asterisk
Server. If I use any other Softphone (e.g. twinkle) this works perfectly.

On my research to this problem, I encountered that this was reportet as
bug, one year ago, but it seem's to be fixed with Version 1.0.2
(https://projects.savoirfairelinux.com/issues/5703).
I am using the actual stable Version 1.1.0. Maybe a mistake in my
configuration?

I would appreciate it if anybody could help me.

Best Regards,
Daniel
