Hi Thomas, I just tried and it does work for me, so lets try why it doesn't work for you:
1) Do you use Ubuntu 12.04 2) can you confirm that you updated both sflphone and sflphone-common 3) If you are in Ubuntu, have you removed sflphone-data? 4) Can you confirm that you see "Server" and "IP2IP" categories in the account configuration dialog http://imageshack.us/a/img823/8085/jf3q.png ? 5) If you compiled from source, did you add any additional options? 6) Are you sure you don't have 2 versions of SFLPhone-KDE or sflphone-common installed on your system? I have tried with both Ubuntu packages and compiled from source on 2 computers. In both case, it worked. What is your distribution? If you are using a distribution like Ubuntu 12.04 or other GCC 4.6 based distributions, the "Unique Application" feature was disabled. I just enabled it again in Git (if you use the nightlies, it should be there tomorrow). There was good reasons for it being disabled, so if you use GCC 4.6 and have issues, please report them. Disabling features was probably not the best option. Placing calls via commandline does not work at all. The client still opens multiple times, and no call is done. I use this command from Kontact or commandline: sflphone-client-kde --place-call %n Am Donnerstag, 14. November 2013, 13:56:49 schrieb Emmanuel Lepage: > Hi Thomas, > > This issue have been fixed.
