Currently SIP Presence is enabled by default in SFLphone. Unfortunately, it seems that even if an account has presence disabled, SFLphone will try and send a Presence message (the PUBLISH) to figure out if the server supports presence or not. I've opened a ticket to this effect which you can track to follow our progress: https://projects.savoirfairelinux.com/issues/41042 Otherwise, the only workaround at the moment is to recompile SFLphone, but with ./configure --disable-presence.
