Haven't seen that one before. SFLphone is actually two separate processes, so you'll want to send us logs from both. In a terminal, first start the daemon (with logging enabled): sflphoned -d -c Then start the client in another terminal sflphone-client-gnome --debug I suspect the issue you're having is with the daemon. Can you open a ticket as per this page: https://projects.savoirfairelinux.com/projects/sflphone/wiki/BugReports and attach your logs?
