Is there a problem with the RPM from sflphone repository ?
I'm not able to install sflphone-kde:
~ $ yum list all sflphone-release
Installed Packages
sflphone-release.noarch 1-5

~ $ sudo yum install sflphone-kde

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
