[SFLphone] [Technical] SFLPhone not working with Cisco Unified Presence and Call Manager version 9.11

Unable to get SFLPhone to register with Cisco Call Manager. Without  
registering, we are unable to make calls. Do you have any documentation on  
how to configure SFLPhone for Cisco Call Manager 9.11?
