Hello Soundar, The logs need to be enabled manually. First, make sure to fully quit sflphone:
killall sflphoned #wait 6 seconds #open the daemon in debug mode (as your normal user) /usr/lib/sflphone/sflphoned -c -d #open your favorite sflphone client This should give you a more detailed log and the cause of the error.
