Hello, You can look at the "advanced" tab in the account configuration.
Here you can check and configure the port range used for the RTP streams (actual A/V streams are RTP streams, SIP is only to negotiate the communication). Note that the next version of SFLPhone to be released next year plans to include UPnP support to automatically open these ports.
