Hello, 
You can look at the "advanced" tab in the account configuration. 

Here you can check and configure the port range used for the RTP streams 
(actual A/V streams are RTP streams, SIP is only to negotiate the 
communication). 

Note that the next version of SFLPhone to be released next year plans to 
include UPnP support to automatically open these ports.

Hello! 
My System: Ubuntu 12.04 / Firewall gufw - Ports are allowed: 5060, 5061, 
tcp,udp, incoming, outgoint 
My Problem: I can do a call, and the phones are connected. But there is no 
sound, in both directions. If I deactivate my Firewall, then the sounds do 
work. What additional Ports should I open? 
It would be very nice,if you could help me.
