Hello MeYo, First of all, if you used a version older than 1.4.0, please note that the registration steps on sip.sflphone.org no longer work as expected. This option has been removed. To check if your account is registered, you can go in the menu Settings->Configure SFLPhone->Account and you will see a green, red or yellow "account status" string. If it is "Registered", then everything should work.
The instructions on how to configure the program are available if you press "F1". Some more advanced use case, such as encrypted connections are not properly covered in that documentation, but are mostly case by case anyway.
