Hi, I have tried many opensource sofphone with Asterisk. But after using
SFLphone I feel it is very user friendly to operate and bug free. Thank you
for developing such wonderful softphone.
I just want to give suggestion. Can we add functionality in SFLphone like
-> Online/Away/Busy
Because I have found these features in other softphone. And this
features help to handle inbound and outbound call. for example: if you are
Online, You can do both inbound and outbound call. But if you have selected
Busy or Away option, inbound call will not come to you but you can make
outbound call.
-> Can we listen default busy tone of telephone operator
For example: Using Asterisk and PRI Connection. When we dial a call to
someone using SFLphone, and if anybody from another side rejected call, that
time SFLphone should get default busy tone from telephone operator. which is
played by operator. for example 'Customer you have dialled is busy'. But
instead of playing default busy tone of operator, it plays ring until default
message/recording of operator stops. Due to this, caller think the person
from another side is not receiving call. but in actual he has rejected call.
