Hello Sergio, One way to improve your audio quality is to use a different codec. The best codecs for sound quality are Open and G722. If your provider support one of those, using it will improve your sound.
About echo cancelling, we are currently implementing it. It will be part of one of our next releases. SFLphone is now called Ring.
