Hi all,

Is anyone using SFLPhone with Avaya Server?

Our admins say that our SIP accounts are restricted to work with Avaya
Communicator and Avaya Deskphones only.
Since Avaya Communicator is only available for Windows, iOS and Android but I
prefer to use Linux only for work, I was wondering if it's possible to use
SFLPhone as a "fake" Avaya Communicator in Linux Desktop.

I was experimenting with the user-agent string field, trying the values
-Avaya SIP Communicator/6.2.9 (Custom; iPhone5,1)
-Avaya one-X Deskphone
as mentioned here:
https://andrewjprokop.wordpress.com/2015/04/07/multiple-registration-and-call-forking-with-sip/
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/SIP+user+agent+identification

Without a user agent I get "Forbidden (405)"
With the user agent set I get "Unauthorized (401)".

Not sure what the user agent string of communicator in Windows or Android
actually looks like.

Now I'm stuck. Wondering what to set in the the SIPS/TLS settings and what
certifcates to specify where.

I had to import the following certifcates in communicator for android:
-Avaya_Call_Server.crt (currently set it as Public endpoint certifcate file in
SLF)
-Avaya_Product_Root_CA.crt (??)
-default.crt (??)
-SIP_Product_Certificate_Authority.crt (currently set as Certificate Authority
list in SLF)

What do I use as Private key file?

Does "Realm" has the same meaning as "Domain" in communicator?

Please let me know if you think this could work or never at all because of
proprietary restrictions/policies.

cheers
