Changed 'subject' field as this is relevant to all sfwnv packages ...

I think originally (n years ago) it was something to do with

If this is the case then the 'package version' should be *removed* from 
all packages in the sfwnv gate prior to FCS. If not, then it should be 
in a *consistent* format across all pkgs.

Then all reviews should check that they comply with this.
