I assume you meant "4.20.959" - that version number basically
implies a later build of the same version, rather than a new version.
Generally speaking, you wouldn't expect to find new features in a later
build, just bug fixes and the like. So, 959 is simply a roll-up of
fixes to the 4.20 code base, no new features that I can think of: See

You should report your problem to the support center; they'll probably
want to have a look at a truss of the "spinning" xpe, among other things
- I take it this is a reproducible problem?
If you *are* referring to the 4.30 beta, then you should report it to
the alias provided on the download page.
