when SGD installs, it creates a small default set of applications, puts them in a Group Object (called "Applications"), then publishes that to 'everyone'. If you want to just remove the terminal emulation, you can just remove the application from the group object "Applications". Similarly, you can add applications to that group, and they'll be published to 'everyone'. Bear in mind, these are just default objects, just to get you started, and most objects under o=organization can be changed or deleted if you like. As you go forward, you'll probably want to have more sophisticated publishing mechanisms - you'll need to know how webtop content is generated, for example - meanwhile, a few doc links you might find useful.
