I have installed SGD 4.2 and the enhancement module for Unix. I want to install and run the Java Client, but all I get as a response is the the "page was not found"

When I look in the log for the web server, it is looking for a set of pages that are indeed NOT on the server. What have I NOT installed on the server that is required for the Thin Client?
