Gavin,
SGD does not support Mac OSX as an application delivery server. Thus,
there is no supported method of doing this.
With that said, you'd have to get creative to make it work. You'd have
to use something like VNC or Timbuktu (something that runs on Mac, but
has a client on another platform), and run a client on a supported
application OS, like Windows or Linux. Thus, SGD would connect to the
client on the supported OS, which would then in turn, connect to the Mac
server.
Again not supported by any means, but potentially possible.
