[SGD-Users] seamless window broken when window manager does "focus follows mouse"

Hi,

We are using SGD with Linux desktop to access window application.

When using seamless window for outlook for example and opening an attachment that goes beyond the window, then as soon as the mouse moves over the attachment, it closes!

It's very annoying since some windows become front and the user need to minimize it again and again.

I think the problem is because this bug:

The solution there is to add some flag to java.

Is it possible to add it somewhere in the code?
Do you know of any other solution?
