Hi all,

I have reinstalled

pkgadd -d ttai3so.pkg

The following packages are available:
1 tta Sun Secure Global Desktop Software for Intel Solaris 10+
             (i386) 4.20.909
...

pkgadd -d ttasecurei3so.pkg

The following packages are available:
1 ttasecure Sun Secure Global Desktop Software Security Pack for Intel Solaris 10+
                   (i386) 4.20.909
...

on a Solaris 10 machine (Ultra 20). Now I can no longer start the service.

In the meanwhile we have installed SGD 4.2.983 but still get the same error message: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------------------
/opt/tarantella/bin/tarantella start

Starting Secure Global Desktop server (version 4.20.983). Please wait...

Couldn't start Tarantella services: unable to bind to port 5427.

Either the Tarantella server is already running (use "tarantella status"to check), or a non-Tarantella process is using this port (use tools like"netstat" and "lsof" to determine which process).

Terminate that process and try again. Always use "tarantella stop" or"tarantella stop --kill" to stop Tarantella services.
Couldn't start Secure Global Desktop services.

I have grepped for 5427 in the netstat output and got

localhost.33919 localhost.5427 49152 0 49152 0 ESTABLISHED localhost.5427 localhost.33919 49152 0 49240 0 ESTABLISHED

How do I find out which process is using this port?

Thanks,

  Andreas
