With the new found interest in the mailing list I figure this is worth a shot.
We've recently migrated from single sgd server to a pair in an array. After the migration we occasionally receive reports of the error: Web Service Request Failed The following fault was returned from the web service call: Code Server.Exception String java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: Failed to locate SOAP method: webtopsession->settccconfiguration() But I can't replicate it consistently myself. I've seen reference on the forums to this being an indication that the array is out of sync, but I'm not sure what the process could be to re-sync. I'd rather not have to remove a server from the array and re-add it as this would kill active connections. Does anyone have any advice on how to diagnose this problem?
