It does have firewall traversal configured. External & peer names are
different. Putting that information back into the configs (it seemed to
lose some of it) didn't help any post upgrade.

Already resolved ;-) Purging followed by re-installation works wonders
(unfortunately, NOT the first time I've had to do that with SGD, I've
had some interesting failures due to Solaris patches and OS crashes
before)! :-)
