I think there is a general problem with this installation, perhaps a
networking issue.
First I recommend to us 4.30 or 4.31.
Next what I want to know is your platform and memory.
Also, are your client connected directly or is therer a client side
firewall (if yes, we have to reduce the aip-keepalive)

At there, the users can work without any problems. But we have some:

Sometimes the SGD client suddenly close all window, and disconnect.

I thought we may have problem with the network connection.
But monitoring the connection show that, only a few (5-6) pocket lose
on a day.
(when pinging the servers.)
I can not find anything about these problems on the internet(yet). I
will read the archive messeges in this list.
