Hello all, We're experiencing some problems last weeks with our SSGD configuration for one of our costumers. After about 2 weeks of uptime, at a certain time it's no longer possible to login on SSGD.
You'll get an error saying "invalid credantials". We're using the windows NT login authentication. Strange enough you also cannot login with a built-in linux account. The only solutions at that time is to restart the SSGD service (tarantella restart) When I take a look in the tomcat log, I see the following error: Fault string : java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: Failed to locate SOAP method: webtopsession->lookupsession() Fault code : Server.Exception Fault string : java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: Failed to locate SOAP method: webtopsession->starttcc() Fault code : Server.Exception Fault string : java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: Failed to locate SOAP method: webtopsession->lookupsession() Fault code : Server.Exception Fault string : java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: Failed to locate SOAP method: webtopsession->starttcc() Fault code : Server.LaunchFailed Fault string : Launch failed Sadly in the catalina.log there is no timestamp, so I cannot say for sure that this is the error that's making the problem.
