Standard Xservers (Xorg, Xsun, etc) don't support resizing on the fly. So it's not really SGD. I've never used any types of NX servers yet, so I'm unsure how they do it without messing up the window manager, or anything else.

Re-logging is the only way I know of. =/

1600x1400 monitor, then go to a 1024x768 monitor, it doesn't dynamically
adjust it's size.

This is one feature that NoMachine can do, that I really wish I could figure
out how to do on SGD.
