I'd recommend gathering the following during a failure and before corrective action is taken .. [assuming install dir is the default /opt/tarantella].. then forward them to someone knowledgeable in such things :) You can give me a shout to see if I'm available, otherwise hit the list to see who's available and forward the information direct to them.
