Nope. No notion of role based administration in SGD just yet. It's all or nothing.

You could wrapper calls to the SGD command line in some shell script, parse the output and format into html to view stuff in a browser. You could then secure this outside SGD using web authentication or something. We had a rather large customer do this for various functions.
