Print Screen is a client-side issue; for Windows, there are various utilities that hook the Print Screen key press(es), usually to enhance the utility of "Print Screen" in some way, but some will simply disable the feature altogether. You'll need to find a utility that either replaces the keyboard driver or otherwise hooks the keyboard

There seem to be lots of techniques, but most seem to be pretty easily defeated. The one sure fire way is to physically destroy the "print screen" keyboard contacts. Of course, you'd still have cell phone cameras to deal with ...
