For the first time since 4.2 the upgrade process *mostly worked* for me and
kept the applications as configured.
On our test servers the new upgrade worked flawlessly. However, on our
production servers there was a problem where apache expected tomcat to be
running on port 8010, but the upgrade configured tomcat to run on port 8009.
Changing the ports in server.xml allowed sgd to function again. Just a heads up.
