We are noticing a problem where if users have disconnected sessions, the ttaswm.exe or ttatdm.exe processes on our terminal servers go crazy and start using 100% cpu. It only takes 3-4 users to kill an entire server. It looks like the processes start for both sgd sessions and standard windows remote desktop connections. While we have sgd configured to time out, so there should not be disconnected sessions from it, we do allow users to have disconnected sessions via remote desktop. Any ideas?
