Hi Joerg,
Sorry about the delayed response, I sent it a while ago but from the
wrong email address so the mailing list didn't post it (my bad!).
The errors in the logs you sent before are sometimes caused by stateless
load-balancing (like round-robin DNS), causing a user with a session on
ttaslave1 being sent to ttamaster and vice-versa.
Do users access the SGD servers using their real hostsnames
ttamaster.schmitt-aufzuege.edu and ttaslave1.schmitt-aufzuege.edu or via
a single hostname, eg, sgd.schmitt-aufzuege.edu?

# tarantella config list --login-ad --login-ldap-url
here is the output:
ttamaster:/opt/tarantella/var/log # tarantella config list --login-ad
--login-ldap-url
login-ad: 1
login-ldap-url: ad://intern.mydomain
ttaslave1:/opt/tarantella/var/log # tarantella config list --login-ad
--login-ldap-url
login-ad: 1
login-ldap-url: ad://intern.mydomain
in Array Manager, Load Balancing is activated to use the array member
with the fewest emulator sessions. Maybe we should switch back to
Users' webtop session here?
External DNS Names in Arraymanger are (default):
*:ttamaster.schmitt-aufzuege.edu for ttamaster
*:ttaslave1.schmitt-aufzuege.edu for ttaslave1
They don't have multiple hostnames.
I have added */ldap/*:ldap_debug.log to array logging information, and
ttamaster:/opt/tarantella/var/log # cat ldap_debug.log
2008/09/15 11:50:22.805 (pid 3761) server/ldap/moreinfo
#1221472222805
