Can you explain why you would want your users to do this?

Is there a way to acquire the webtopsession id and the emulatorsession
id for a user without being a priveleged user such as root? In other
words can a user X get their listing of emulatorsession and
webtopsessions initated as user X. The only we currently can do this is
as root do "tarantella webtopsession/emulatorsession list". Any help
would be much appreciated.
