Generally speaking, "patches" or incremental builds within a specific
release number are obtained from Support in response to a specific
issue. Patches aren't usually released for general use, as patched
versions may not be subjected to a full QA process like a regularly
scheduled release is.

The next major release after your version 4.40.917 is 4.41.907, (release
