Well, i solved it after i write the EMail:

The directory /opt/tarantella/bin/java/com/sco/tta/cryptix/util/core 
disappeared.

I don't know why. Perhaps my backup software ignores "core" names. 
I have to check it.
I saved the crashed system, so i found it here. 

But i am still thinking about such an effect ...
