Hi all,

I have SGD 4.5.1 installed in a zone on Solaris 10 U8. The first time I
installed it seemed to be ok, then the servers were moved are behind a VPN and
firewall, and I get extremely strange behaviour. However if I connect to a
remote desktop the same thing happens.

 - In the admin console, when going to Application Servers, I get a list of
Applications
 - Admin console crashes, sometimes giving me an exception report, sometimes
nothing
 - Tomcat log (catalina.out) gets corrupted sometimes

I thought the problem may be related to connections to AD but when I
uninstalled and reinstalled I got the same behaviour. Also wondered about JVM
but SGD comes with its own 1.6. It must be environmental - I've never seen
this kind of thing before - just hoping someone out there recognises this and
can point out what might be going wrong!!

The reason for a zone is that I have SRSS running in the global zone and I was
advised that they no longer play happily together.

Tomorrow I'll try setting up a new zone on a different machine so I have
something to compare.

Thanks,
Tim
