Most of the bills are vague, and as a whole lack focus. You know, of course, that I am for protecting all amendment rights, and welcome even strange bedfellows! Regarding the Wa. State bill --think there are some really good conservatives out there -- Bruce Fein, Jonathan Turley, etc. Notice though, that they are not coming out for other amendment rights that would ensure free speech, habeas, etc. I think ANY discussion about rights is a good starting point but I'm suspicious about the far right christian fascists. What proposals? Here's what my bro' said: What a ridiculous idea. Since when does it require a specific state law to resist UNCONSTITUTIONAL behavior.
