Because of the nature of the "Continental Congress" he proposes as it would be set up, will be a page out of the Founders 1774 playbook and will reclaim our Constitutional government and return it to the people when dovetailed with the 10th Amendment movement... By it's structure, this is in full lawful accord with the Constitution and the other foundation documents including the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence. Check it out... we need to discuss this "He has obstructed the administration of justice...He has erected a multitude of new officers and sent hither swarms of offices to harass our people... He has kept among us standing Armies without the consent of our legislatures... He has effected to render the military independent of and superior to the civil power... He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution..."
